    Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning products, equipment, and materials. We use high-quality, eco-friendly products, but if you prefer, we can use your on-site supplies.
  • Are your cleaning staff trained in infection control?
    Absolutely. Our team is trained in Infection Prevention & Control (IPC), particularly important for healthcare and high-risk environments. We follow best practices to minimise cross-contamination.
  • How do you ensure consistent quality?
    We have a robust Quality Management System in place. Our supervisors conduct regular audits, and you’ll have a dedicated point of contact to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
  • Can you provide cleaning outside of standard business hours?
    Yes, we offer flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, and weekends — whatever best suits your operational needs.
  • How are your prices structured?
    Our pricing is based on the number of hours required, the frequency of cleaning, and the complexity of the tasks. Discounts may apply for higher volume or long-term contracts. A site visit helps us provide an accurate quote.
  • Do you have a minimum service requirement?
    Yes, we typically require a minimum of 2 hours per visit, 3 days a week. However, we're flexible and can discuss arrangements that suit your needs.
  • Can you handle one-off deep cleans or emergency cleans?
    Yes, we offer both scheduled deep cleans and short-notice emergency cleaning services — including post-construction and end-of-tenancy cleans.
  • Do you provide hygiene bin services?
    Yes, we offer female hygiene bins with 4-weekly collections. We can include up to two PHS Group bins at no additional charge for some clients as part of their cleaning package.
  • What happens if my regular cleaner is unavailable?
    No worries! We have backup cleaners ready to step in, ensuring a smooth handover and consistent service quality.
  • How do I start using your services?
    It's simple! We'll arrange a free site visit to assess your needs and provide a tailored proposal. Once you sign the General Terms of Service, we'll schedule your start date and deliver any necessary supplies.
